The walk-in one-hour soak fee ($10 at the time of writing) includes access to the shower and bathroom facilities. The deck-surrounded pools are in turn surrounded by some beautifully landscaped gardens, with numerous nooks and crannies to take some time out in, which in turn have the benefit of views of Oregon’s unbeatable Willamette National Forest.Įxpect to be soaking with both older and younger guests, though note that under 5s are not permitted in the pools, and the only floaties allowed are pool noodles.
#Belknap hot springs full
For a full list of the mineral goodies you can enjoy in the Belknap waters, go to their main page and click on “hot spring pools”. The water is high in lithium, potassium, chloride and sulfate. There is a one-hour soak limit for walk-in guests between 9am to 5pm (yep, you read that right – only one hour to soak per day!), so if that’s you, even if the pool seems crowded, a wander of the gardens later and no doubt some space will have opened up! The lodge-side pool is exclusively for the use of overnight guests from 9am to 9pm, year-round, while the pool near the overflow parking area is open to both overnight visitors and walk-ins (up to 50 at a time, with space to spare!). $10/person (one hour soak, included for overnighters) This was our second time staying here and probably our last.59296 Belknap Hot Springs Rd, McKenzie Bridge, Oregon Not sure why they don’t invest in better Wi-Fi for their customers. Their Wi-Fi only works in the lodge which is at the bottom if you’re staying in an RV or a cabin. And they charge $15 per day per person extra if you have more than two people. Like I said, it has beautiful grounds, but we won’t stay here again. The hot springs could use a makeover because it looks like you’re getting into pond water in the upper pool. Water leaked everywhere and the showers were not maintained nor were the toilet or sink. The grounds were beautiful flowers, but the bathrooms were the worst I’ve ever been and they were disgusting. We have a 32 ft trailer and a 29ft our friends have. They told us ( our friends came with their RV too) we have 39 ft space and a 40 ft space. The manager should not be working there.… This was absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have never been banned from any place in my life. I said do the McDougals know you are making decisions like this? The manager said she didn't care. It was so insulting and rude that instead of trying to help us, I was banned from ever returning.

Upon checking out, the manager appeared finally, and said I would get a refund, and that I was never allowed to go back to Belknap again. We inquired how much longer to wait and were screamed at to leave and get a refund or stay! We decided to leave because they were so rude and we were suffering in the room, and it was now 99 degrees in there. Hours passed and the two toddlers we had with us were crying for two hours straight because they were so miserably hot. When my son and husband informed the front desk staff that the air conditioning wasn't working, we were initially told someone was working on it. Upon entering our room, it was an uncomfortable 88 degrees on the third floor. Today, I checked in a lodge room for the 4th of July, a 2-night stay. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars over the years taking my family to Belknap.
